
Speaking in an interview with journalists in Yola, after declaring his intention to vie for the governorship seat of the state, the young contestant said although Atiku is a highly respected political leader in Nigeria and they hold him in high esteem in the state, but his time is already up.
He noted that President Tinubu has done alot for the state interms of development and appointment.
He said he appointed Mallam Nuhu Ribadu as the National security adviser and many Adamawa citizens into various positions, hence the need to reciprocate the gestures by delivering the state for him in 2027.
On his Gubernatorial ambition , he promised to governed the people of Adamawa state with fear of God, honesty and sincerity by putting the collective interest of the state at heart.
He noted that Adamawa deserves leadership that listens and has all it takes to change the development trajectory of the state.
He expressed concern that Adamawa is blessed with both human and material resources and has everything to succeed but it is still facing so many developmental challenges.
While unveiling his 9 point Agenda, he promised to focus on education, health care services, agriculture, energy, rural infrastructures, youths and women empowerments, water supply, transparency and anti-corruption
He urged the people of the state to rally round his ambition to rescue the state, stressing that the task of moving Adamawa forward is a collective responsibility.
