Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has shared a message directed at men, expressing concern over what he described as a rising number of premature deaths among males.
In a post on his X (formerly Twitter) page, the actor noted that many men are passing away too early these days and urged them to pay closer attention to their health and overall well-being.
He advised men to distance themselves from anything that causes unnecessary stress, stressing that life is not a competition. According to him, everyone should learn to move at their own pace, do what they are capable of, and avoid overburdening themselves with what they cannot handle.
“Men are dying like flies these days.
Men take good care of yourselves.
Cut off anything that gives you stress.
You’re not in competition with anyone.
Move at your own pace.
Do the much you can, the one you cannot do, leave it”.
